We’ve all been told something can’t be done or is impossible. But, how many have chose to do not to listen to it…? How many really trust their inner voice to the point to forget about others opinions? If you have a dream make it come true!!!!!! Trust is more important that reality, because when you trust yourself you limitations are endless, because you get rid of any risks involved to get want you want to go. You might be called crazy, psycho or unrealistic, thats too big, or listen to people that says « i just want a simple life that too big for me » well in fact its not too big for them, its just that they listen the wrong people, and believe that they aren’t able to do it, they make those fears a reality. As in real, Anything is possible, nothing is too big, trust me. Ok so I have clients that come to me asking for help to get in shape. Once we discuss about commitment they are all have an excuse. “… But I like shopping, I like to go to Mcdonald 3times a week, I like partying…” And so on. Now my question is on a scale of 1 to 10, what is your willingness to get in shape? What are you ready to give up or at least reduce to get in shape? What are you really willing to change in your life to get what you want or look good, or feel better? If you’re willingness to be feel good and look good is a 10 but your willingness to change something is 0…. You will not change anything! The concept here is if you think get in shape is important you will find a way, you will commit and accept to change one thing to be able to make it happen…. Sometimes my clients experience such incredible results that they get a little embarrassed to show what they used to look like, but everyone starts somewhere and you should never be embarrassed!!! Sometimes the most inspiring stories are those told by people that others can relate to. The mother who had stretch marks, or maybe the man who wanted to reduce his belly fat, or the the woman with cellulite on their thighs. Everyday people decide to make a change in their lifestyle.

πŸ“’ A lot of people seem to have the misconception that if you want to lose weight you should only do cardio or lift weights for 30min. Nooo…. Weight training takes more than 30min, the time your temperature goes up, to start to burn and focus (@therock LOL) it requiers 1h. Have lean muscles mass, helps your body to burn more cals when you are resting - meaning doing nothing! So jump right to it! βœ… Some still have the need to do more hiit and/or regular cardio activities than others, less or more time, weight lifting heavy or light, high or low reps. Its all depend of your metabolism. For example, myself, LOL, unfortunately to burn fat its a disaster, i have to do a high amount of cardio, altering with heavy to lights weights, medium and high reps-  to do not let my body get use to it…. BUT once again EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT, what will work for me might NOT WORK for you πŸ’ͺπŸ˜‰πŸŒŸ What i would recommend if you try to lose weight or gain muscle, is to do an effective 1h weight lift session and 30 to 45 min depending of your goal. #LindaDurbesson #OnlineCoaching #PersonalTrainer #LDFIT
