Never judge yourself too harshly! We are our own worst critics! No one sees you like you do! We have a vision of what we want to look like; and we think hatefully to ourselves about not looking that way. Every morning, and every night I’ve come to realize giving yourself a motivational pep talk actually helps! Remember, Everyone has a different starting point, and no matter what yours maybe; the point is that you STARTED. Keep going every day and be productive to reach your bodily goals. Practice positive self thoughts and reward your brain with the feeling of an accomplished day, one day closer to your body you visualize. Keep that visualization in focus, and don’t look back or focus on the body you have now! That isn’t going to be your future body; only focus on the end goal- and go! Positive positive positive! The secret to great flat abs lies in the kitchen. It doesn’t matter how many crunches you do or think you can do , if you aren’t eating clean to drop fat percentage then you won’t get the results you’re looking for. You cannot eat poorly then think crunches are going to compensate for it. Eat clean, do regular cardio 3-4 times a week, focus on strength training 4-5 times a week and you will start seeing results. But be patient because it didn’t take you a week to be out of shape , so what makes you think you will see dramatic results in a week or even a month. #LindaDurbesson #OnlineCoaching #PersonalTrainer #LDFIT.

Finally got buttoned on the last row and I can breathe easily! #goals I only use it during cardio and I see a big difference in my waist when I use it as compared to when I go without it. I wear mine lose so I can breathe easily. DO NOT wear this tight do not squeeze your organs. I sweat more using it and it helps release toxins and water from your body. βœ‹ I listen to my followers because you guys mean everything to me! I’ve noticed a lot of women (some men too) clearly neglect training hamstring muscle.
When they aren’t too much develop it creates an optical illusion that makes a bum appear bigger.
I has torn my ACLs , i build mine to keep my legs balanced
Strong hamstrings reduce the chance of pulling other muscles when you are squatting all day. A quadricep dominant leg can lead to knee, quad, back injury, and potentially more. Aesthetics are great, but train smart because having to sit out won’t be aesthetically appealing to anyone. NO BRAIN, NO GAIN!
